Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the TrackVee GPS tracking platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and TrackVee.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TrackVee platform, mobile app, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
TrackVee provides GPS vehicle tracking hardware and software services, including:
- —Real-time vehicle location monitoring
- —Trip history and route playback
- —Geofence alerts and event notifications
- —Fleet management dashboard and mobile application
- —Professional hardware installation across Pakistan
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@trackvee.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Subscription & Payment
- —Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually as agreed at sign-up.
- —All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
- —Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- —Hardware purchase fees are non-refundable once the device has been installed.
- —TrackVee reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- —Use TrackVee to track individuals without their knowledge or lawful consent.
- —Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the TrackVee platform.
- —Use the service for any unlawful purpose under Pakistani law.
- —Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
TrackVee reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.
6. Data Ownership
Vehicle location and trip data generated by your devices belongs to you. TrackVee processes this data solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your operational data to third parties.
7. Hardware & Installation
- —GPS tracking devices remain the property of TrackVee unless explicitly purchased outright.
- —Customers must not tamper with, remove, or damage installed devices.
- —TrackVee is not liable for vehicle damage caused by improper tampering of installed hardware by third parties.
- —Installation is performed by certified technicians at a time agreed between both parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
TrackVee shall not be liable for:
- —Vehicle theft or damage, even if a tracking alert was not received due to connectivity issues.
- —Loss of data caused by network outages or device malfunction beyond our control.
- —Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
9. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. GPS accuracy may vary depending on device placement, network coverage, and environmental conditions.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. TrackVee may terminate accounts immediately for serious violations of these terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
